Craftsmanship Lifetime Warranty

Fence Finders LLC, DBA: Milwaukee Fence Finders (“We,” “Us,” “Our”) provides the original purchaser (“You,” “Your”) with a Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty, subject to the following terms and conditions:

Coverage

We warrant that all work will be free from defects in workmanship for the lifetime of the products installed, commencing from the date of installation. Should any defects in workmanship arise under normal use, we shall repair or replace such defects at no cost to you.

Materials

We warrant that all materials will be as specified in the original contract. The materials will be supplied in line with our established grading standard. We define defective material as any that does not meet this grading standard or is structurally compromised.

Exclusions

This warranty shall not apply to the following situations:

• Wood Materials: As a natural product, wood may exhibit cracks, wane, or checking over time. We do not warranty any wood material against warping, waning, cracking, or termite infestation.
• Ornamental Iron Products: These items come with original manufacturer’s warranties that can range from 5 to 20 years, based on the specific product.
• Gate Operators, Access Control Systems, and Accessories: These items are supplied with the original manufacturer’s warranties.
• Environmental Damage: We are not responsible for any damage caused by shifting soil or terrain, abuse, neglect, or any other natural disasters. Any such damage shall void this warranty.

Original Purchaser

This warranty is solely for the benefit of the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Any subsequent purchasers or third parties are not covered by this warranty.

Modifications

This warranty can only be modified or extended by a written instrument issued by a duly authorized representative of our company.

Severability

If any provision of this warranty is determined to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render this warranty unenforceable or invalid as a whole. Such unenforceable provision shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.

Jurisdiction

This warranty shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, specifically Waukesha County. Any disputes related to this warranty shall be resolved in Waukesha County.
